Feride Babalı began her career in the criminal law and media law departments of one of Turkish leading law firms after graduating from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law. In the early years of her professional career, she gained diverse legal experience and acquired extensive knowledge, allowing her to build a solid legal foundation.

Continuing her career, she expanded her area of specialization by providing legal advice and litigation support in fields such as corporate law, commercial law, real estate and construction law, maritime trade law, customs law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, intellectual and industrial property law, administrative law, and contract law. In this context, she successfully represented her clients in both judicial and administrative courts and developed skills in formulating effective legal strategies to resolve complex disputes.

Additionally, Feride Babalı actively participated in resolving legal disputes for foreign companies operating in the international construction sector in Türkiye. Her fluency in Russian enables her to effectively communicate with clients from Russian-speaking countries and offer professional and timely solutions at all stages of legal processes. To ensure the security of foreign investors’ activities in Türkiye and minimize potential risks, she provides comprehensive consulting services in construction and property law. With this experience, she develops solutions for her clients that comply with both national legislation and international standards, providing professional support at all stages of legal processes.
